WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONGRESS REGISTRATION SELF 2016?

The registration fee to the Congress of the SELF includes :

  • access to sessions and exhibition,
  • the congress proceedings,
  • the lunches on 21, 22 and 23 September,
  • the coffee breaks (breaks and lunch for the selected day for entries to the non-communicating day) and the welcome reception on Wednesday 21 September.

The registration fee to the Congress of the SELF do not include the gala dinner on 22 September 2016.

* For enrollment rate Member, it is necessary to indicate the membership number at the time of SELF or ERGOPACA online registration.
** IMPORTANT: Only full-time students are eligible for this discount. For registration at the reduced rate (students, retired, unemployed), it is necessary to download a copy of the student card or proof and required (copy of identity card for retirees) at the time registration. A registration without proof that price will not be accepted.

HOW TO REGISTER TO CONGRESS SELF 2016?

All entries in the 2016 SELF congress must be made via the online registration system. The opening of registrations will be online in April 2016. The telephone listings or e-mail will not be accepted.


1. Can be within the framework of a training agreement?

Perform your registration normally knowing that only conference registration may be subject to this support if accepted by your OPCA. If you want to register for the dinner of the conference, you will need to make a personal inscription to a second exclusively for dinner.
    
Select the payment method "Bank Transfer". An administrative fee of € 10 will be automatically added to the invoice registration and is payable by your OPCA or your company as well as the registration fee.
    
Check your email to retrieve the Proforma invoice after your online registration.

Step 2: I contacted my OPCA

    
Complete the online form made available on the website of your OPCA with all the items available on the Proforma invoice received by email.

Step 3: I contact my HR department

    
Contact your Human Resources department to whom you send the Proforma Invoice and the number of no activity declaration of ERGOPACA training organization: 93.13.16105.13.


2. Can I pay by order and under what conditions?

French institutions: universities, research laboratories etc ... can adjust by good command in strictly obliged to a payment before the congress. The organizers reserve the right to refuse access to the conference to anyone whose regulations and administrative documentation (purchase order) did not reach the registration desk before the congress.

  • Registration procedure by order (online participant registration by specifying in the registration form the billing address if it is different from the participant and the No. order in order that that it appears on the invoice):
  • If you do not have the number of the order at the time of the participant's registration, pass the ID at self2016@c2b-congress.com to add that information on invoice will be sent,
  • banking information to make the transfer will be available on the invoice received by email upon registration,
  • an increase of 10 € is automatically charged to the registration invoice for administrative management of the case and settlement by transfer.
  • A copy of the order form must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at self2016@c2b-congress.com or fax +33 (0) 9 57 20 00 95,
  • the registration invoice serves as confirmation of participation Congress.


3. What are the credit cards accepted for payment online?

It is recommended to pay directly online by credit card (Carte Bleue or Visa Card). The payment system is secure and confirmation of payment is automatically transmitted at the time of registration.


4. Can I pay by bank transfer and in what conditions?

Payment by bank transfer is possible at an additional 10 € for file management costs. The banking information to make the transfer will be available on the invoice received by e-mail at registration.

Proof of transfer must be sent within 5 days of registration to the conference secretariat: self2016@c2b-congress.com

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the transfer to the bank account of the SELF congress in 2016.

In case of non receipt of payment or a purchase order duly validated, access to the congress will be denied to registered participant. Thank you for ensuring that the payment of the bill was made by your services before the congress.

5. What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be sent by email directly to self2016@c2b-congress.com:

  • Until July 29, 2016: € 30 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • After July 29, 2016: no refund will be made.

6. What justification to remove the present day congress badge?

The registration bill is the congress participation confirmation. Under the Vigipirate applied at the Palais du Pharo, the invoice will necessarily be required from each participant wishing to deposit luggage in the cloakroom at the entrance to Pharo Park.


7. Can adjust its on-site registration?

Only in the case of a new registration and is the premium rate that applies. It will be possible to pay by check, cash or by credit card via the online form, in this case, a security code will be requested by the bank of the cardholder.
For the gala dinner, this will only be possible subject to availability.
